The Site Review and Approval form is submitted to the OTF Corporate Office for consideration and review of potential real estate sites for a future OTF studio location. We require you to submit either Buxton Demographic Reports (if available) or updated census demographic information that includes, but is not limited to, population, income, education, profession, business tax. Please submit all required information below in full for your submission to be reviewed/approved. Please do not proceed with LOI until you have received written approval of your potential real estate site.
