  • While we don’t like to see you go, we understand that sometimes things come up. Before you modify your membership, we want to make sure you know all of the options that are available to you!

    All of the following options will still help you maintain your membership with Orangetheory Fitness in some way and keep you moving towards living a longer, more vibrant life:

    • Travel a lot or have a busy schedule? Don’t forget you’re able to use your membership at any of our 1,300+ locations within the United States.
    • Need to take a break? All of our locations offer an option to freeze your monthly membership for a small amount in place of your monthly billing in order to maintain your rate so you’re able to jump back in when you’re ready!
    • Not sure if you’re able to come as often as you’d like? We have plenty of membership options to choose from and can easily downgrade your monthly membership to a lower tier with fewer monthly sessions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership!
    • Want more flexibility? We also have class packages that don’t require a monthly commitment and offer flexible usage of those classes at your own pace.
  • Sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership, we just need a few things to get your cancellation request submitted!

  • As a reminder, Orangetheory Fitness offers a 30-day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated in your Membership Agreement. To process your cancellation request, your account status must be active. In the event your account is frozen, the account must be reactivated before the membership cancellation request can be processed. Any membership payment set to occur within 30-days after receipt of your cancellation request will occur as scheduled. For term memberships, if cancellation is made during the Initial Term of the agreement, any remaining payments due under the Initial Term will be charged by us as scheduled. You will have 30 days from the date of your last payment to utilize any previously unused sessions. Any remaining sessions or promotional rates will be forfeited.
